Client Organization
Creating Client Groups
Organize domains into logical groups for each client:1
Open Client Management
Navigate to Clients in the sidebar.

Create New Client
Click Add Client and enter:

Assign Domains
Add existing domains to the client or add new domains directly.

Set client-specific options:

Crawl all domains for a client at once:1
Select Client
Navigate to the client dashboard.

Click Crawl All Domains button.

Configure Options
Choose scan options to apply to all crawls:
- SSL Check

Start
Crawls are queued and run sequentially.
Bulk Reporting
Generate combined reports for all client domains:Bulk Scheduling
Set crawl schedules for all client domains:- Select client
- Click Schedule All
- Configure frequency (daily, weekly)
- Choose time slot
- Apply to all or selected domains
Client Access Control
Sharing Access with Clients
Give clients direct access to their reports:- View-Only Access
- Scheduled Reports
Clients can view reports but not run crawls or change settings.
- Go to Client → Share Access
- Enter client’s email
- Select Viewer role
- Send invitation
Access Levels
Client users only see domains assigned to their client—they cannot access other clients’ data.

No. Client access is strictly isolated. Users with client-level access can only see domains assigned to their specific client.

How many clients can I have?
Unlimited clients on the Agency plan. There’s no cap on client groups—only on total domains and daily crawls.
Can I transfer a domain between clients?
Can I transfer a domain between clients?
Yes. Go to the domain settings and change the assigned client. History and data move with the domain.
Do clients need to verify domains?
Do clients need to verify domains?
Yes, domain verification is still required. You can verify on behalf of clients if you have DNS access, or guide them through the process.
