Overview

Agency plan users often manage dozens or hundreds of domains across multiple clients. Client Management features help you organize domains, control access, and streamline reporting for your agency workflow.

Client Organization

Creating Client Groups

Organize domains into logical groups for each client:

Open Client Management

Navigate to Clients in the sidebar.

Create New Client

Click Add Client and enter:

Assign Domains

Add existing domains to the client or add new domains directly.

Configure Settings

Set client-specific options:
  • Report recipients
  • Crawl schedules
  • Notification preferences

Each client has a dedicated dashboard:

Bulk Operations

Bulk Crawling

Crawl all domains for a client at once:

Select Client

Navigate to the client dashboard.

Click Crawl All

Click Crawl All Domains button.

Configure Options

Choose scan options to apply to all crawls:
  • SSL Check
  • SEO Analysis
  • Anchor Text Analysis
  • Response Trends

Start

Crawls are queued and run sequentially.

Bulk Reporting

Generate combined reports for all client domains:

Set crawl schedules for all client domains:
  1. Select client
  2. Click Schedule All
  3. Configure frequency (daily, weekly)
  4. Choose time slot
  5. Apply to all or selected domains

Client Access Control

Sharing Access with Clients

Give clients direct access to their reports:
Clients can view reports but not run crawls or change settings.
  1. Go to Client → Share Access
  2. Enter client’s email
  3. Select Viewer role
  4. Send invitation
Clients receive a link to view their dashboard.

Access Levels

Client users only see domains assigned to their client—they cannot access other clients’ data.

Export usage data for client billing:
  1. Go to ReportsUsage Export
  2. Select date range
  3. Choose clients to include
  4. Export as CSV
CSV includes:

  • AI reviews used
  • Estimated cost

Onboarding New Clients

Add new client with contact information.

Add all client domains (they’ll need to verify each).

Configure ongoing crawl schedule.

Share Access

Invite client to view their dashboard (optional).

Offboarding Clients

When a client relationship ends:

Export Final Reports

Generate comprehensive final reports for records.

Remove Client Access

Revoke any viewer/collaborator access.

Archive or Delete

Choose to archive (keep data) or delete (remove all data).
Deleting a client removes all associated domains and crawl history permanently.

No. Client access is strictly isolated. Users with client-level access can only see domains assigned to their specific client.
Unlimited clients on the Agency plan. There’s no cap on client groups—only on total domains and daily crawls.
Yes. Go to the domain settings and change the assigned client. History and data move with the domain.
Yes, domain verification is still required. You can verify on behalf of clients if you have DNS access, or guide them through the process.
