Overview

Each SEO Crawler plan has specific limits designed to match different use cases. This page provides detailed information about all limits and what happens when you reach them.

Complete Limits Table

Limit Details

Domains

The maximum number of verified domains you can add to your account.
Each subdomain counts as a separate domain. For example, example.com and blog.example.com are two domains.

URLs per Crawl

Maximum number of URLs checked in a single crawl. What happens at the limit:
  • Crawl completes with partial results
  • Dashboard shows “URL limit reached”
  • All checked URLs are included in results
  • Suggestion to upgrade is displayed
For large sites on limited plans, use URL filters to crawl specific sections (e.g., just /blog/) within your limit.

Crawl Depth

How many levels deep the crawler follows links from the start URL. Understanding depth:

Daily Crawls

Maximum crawls you can run per 24-hour period. What counts toward the limit:
  • ✅ Manual crawls
  • ✅ Scheduled crawls
  • ✅ API-triggered crawls
  • ❌ Cancelled crawls (don’t count)
Scheduled crawls count toward your daily limit. If you schedule daily crawls for 5 domains on the Solo plan (5 limit), you won’t have capacity for manual crawls.

Crawl Frequency (Scheduling)

How often you can schedule automated crawls.

AI Reviews per Month

Monthly allocation of AI-powered crawl analysis. AI Review characteristics:
  • Each review analyzes one crawl result
  • Reviews don’t roll over to next month
  • Additional reviews available as add-on ($5 each)

Team Members

Number of users who can access your account.

History Retention

How long crawl results are stored.
After the retention period, crawl results are automatically deleted. Export important data before it expires.
